How do I shop online?

To place an order you need to follow 3 easy steps:

This step is a very important one in order to shop from www.SoukOrjuwan.com. It's easy, free and you have to follow it only when you want to place your first online order. It is required to have accurate and complete information about yourself. All you have to do is Become a Member if you don't have an account with us and follow the instructions, or Login if you already have one.
2. Add to cart
Following Registration or Login , find the item(s) you would like to buy, press the Add to cart button to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. From here go to the Shopping Cart page, where you can change the quantity, delete the item or empty your shopping cart, also you can continue shopping or checkout.
After you finish adding items to your shopping cart, you need to pay. Click the Checkout button and follow the page instructions that will guide you up to finish your order. If you have an account with us don't forget to verify it, if you have an updated billing and shipping address.

After your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate and the payment is valid (for credit/debit card) your items will be expedited from our warehouse as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for transactions outside of the site.
Once your order has been processed and delivered to our carrier, the shipping time depends upon shipping services of our delivery carriers: Liban Post (for deliveries within Lebanon) and DHL (for international delivery).

You can cancel the order without any penalties by contacting us before we deliver your order to the carrier.
Your order may be returned without any reason in 5 working days from the date you received the package if you notify us by letter and specify that you would like to return the item(s) that you bought from our online shop. You can return only unused items(s) in unopened delivered packages that contain all original materials using the same delivery carrier. All shipping/returns fees are the customer's responsibility. After inspecting the returned item(s), we will reimburse the purchase price of the item(s), less shipping costs in 60 working days starting with the date you notify us by letter.
If sellers display specific non-refund policies then these policies supersede our policies and we will not be able to cancel your order or reimburse your payment.
